I'm Benjamin, the solo founder of IntuitiveStay. I built this entire platform using a lot of stubbornness and an awful lot of hours. The reason why I built IntuitiveStay is because hospitality businesses obsess over their TripAdvisor star rating and Google score, but neither tells them what to actually fix. A 3-star review says a guest was unhappy. It doesn't tell you whether staff failed to handle a complaint, whether a need wasn't anticipated, or whether a guest felt genuinely seen during their stay. That gap is what IntuitiveStay measures - the Guest Connection Score (GCS). Four service pillars: Resilience, Empathy, Anticipation and Recognition. A score out of 10 per visit, surfaced in real-time via a QR code guests scan on-site. When a guest scores 5 or below, a Red Alert fires so the owner can read their feedback before it becomes a public review giving the owner the opportunity to contact the guest prior. When a guest scores 8 or above, they're prompted to name the team member who made their visit - building a staff recognition system from real guest data I called the Service Signature. No app for guests. No login. Just a QR code. We just launched a Zapier integration connecting to Guesty, Hostaway, Cloudbeds, Mews and 7,000+ other tools. There's also a free Starter plan so smaller properties can get started with no upfront cost, as well as introducing what I call the Solidarity Shield, our monthly prices reduce, the more properties that sign up for IntuitiveStay.
