I built Interview Practice AI after playing the interviewer for my girlfriend before her job interviews. Saying answers out loud, hearing what was missing and trying again made the biggest difference, so I built a practice partner anyone can use at any time.
How it works:
- Type the job you're interviewing for (and, if you like, the employer, the advert and your CV)
- Answer questions written for that job, by voice or typing
- Each answer is marked against what the question needs: highlights show what landed, and a note shows the one thing to fix
- Try again and watch your score move
- A mock interview reads the questions out loud and follows up on what you said
It started with UK jobs in healthcare, care and education, and works for any job.
