Interaktiv Tap
Play Traktor's decks, FX and loops by hand on an iPad
A multi-touch iPad instrument that plays Traktor Pro 3 or 4 over one USB cable, on a Mac or a Windows PC. Not a blank template to fill in: four decks, the mixer, four FX units and gesture loops are laid out for both hands, and the mapping talks both ways, so the iPad shows what Traktor is doing. Setup merges into your own Traktor settings and keeps your other controllers. Free to download, one-time unlock, no subscription.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Andrey, one of the two makers of Interaktiv Tap, together with Pierantonio. Pierantonio has been performing since 1990, and for years Traktor's best tools felt great on paper and hard to actually play live. Tap is our answer: an iPad app that lets you play Traktor by hand. Four decks, the mixer, the FX units and loops on one screen, with both hands, over a USB cable. The video above shows it in about a minute, with Pierantonio's own music. Today it works on Windows too, with a free companion app on the Microsoft Store. And the FX units got a new feel: an effect is on while your finger is on the pad and off when you lift it. It's free to download. You can play in 15 minute sessions, try it for 7 days, or unlock it once. No subscription. If you DJ with Traktor, we'd really love to hear how it feels in your hands. No iPad nearby? You can play the idea right in your browser: https://interaktivaudio.com/#player
