My name is Dave and today I’m happy to present a new feature of Inspirar App - Employee Recognitions.
If you are new to Inspirar, this is an employee engagement app designed to help remote teams collect anonymous feedback, analyze company wellness trends, and make your culture more transparent and actionable.
Recently, we have added a new feature to the app - Employee Recognitions for Slack
As we all love emojis, Inspirar takes these to a new level.
In short, it allows you choose a specific icon that everybody can use to send kudos to their teammates.
The coolest part - all the kudos are then tracked and collected into a dashboard in the Inspirar App which allows the managers check and review each of these later one, such as during performance reviews.
