Inspeck
Measure, inspect & edit any live web page — no DevTools
Inspeck turns any live web page into something you can measure, inspect and edit — no DevTools required. Hover to measure spacing and sizes. Click any element for its real font, color and CSS. Then tweak values inline to preview a fix before it ships. It's design QA without the tab-switching — catch the 2px that drifted, the off-brand pink, the heading that's a size off. Works on any site and runs fully in your browser. Free Chrome extension.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Pulkit, the maker.
This one came out of a small, recurring annoyance. Every time I wanted to check whether a build actually matched the design, I'd end up buried in DevTools squinting at computed styles, or just eyeballing spacing and hoping I was close. For something as visual as design QA, that always felt backwards.
So I built Inspeck. You hover to measure spacing, click any element to read the real font, colour and CSS it shipped with, and edit it right on the page to see what "fixed" looks like — no DevTools, no poking a developer to check something for you.
It's been quietly useful on my own projects, catching little inconsistencies I'd otherwise have let slide. It's free, runs entirely in your browser, and works on any site.
I'd genuinely love your feedback — what's missing, and what would make it stick in your workflow? Happy to answer anything in the thread 🙏
