IncorpAssist

Incorporate without a $1,000/hr lawyer

Most "where to incorporate" advice is a disguised sales pitch. Formation shops say Delaware, e-Residency sellers say Estonia. Nobody addresses your situation...well, not unless you're ready to drop $1,000 on a lawyer. IncorpAssist does. A 3-min quiz ranks 34 jurisdictions on your business, tax, banking, fundraising, and admin needs, then flags the pros, cons, and costly traps most founders find out about too late. Completely free. No signup and certainly no sales calls!

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built this because I needed it and couldn't find it. I'm a non-US founder with clients in the US and contracts in the EU, and every "where should I incorporate?" answer I found was really someone selling me something, which got really frustrating. Obviously, I could have hired a lawyer at $1,000+ an hour, but as a bootstrapped founder, this didn't sound great.. So I built the algorithm I wanted: answer ~15 quick questions about your business, where you live, and your plans, and it scores 34 jurisdictions for you against real treaties and tax codes, then lays out the honest pros, cons, and the costly stuff most founders find out about way too late. Completely free to use, no account creation necessary, and all your data is stored locally on your device It's also honest about its limits: if you're raising a serious VC round, "just do a Delaware C-Corp" is probably right, and the tool will tell you so. It's also great for bootstrappers, nomads, and non-US founders who keep getting one-size-fits-all answers. I'd genuinely love your weird edge cases. Throw an unusual residence + business combo at it and tell me where it gets it wrong. 🙏
