Inbox Cleanup
AI that declutters Gmail and surfaces what actually matters
Your inbox is full of newsletters, receipts, and promos — with the few emails that matter buried somewhere inside. Inbox Cleanup uses AI to sort the junk (grouped by sender, one click to clear) AND pulls the emails you shouldn't miss to the top. You confirm every action — nothing auto-deletes. Free to start.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built this out of inbox despair — I had ~24,000 unread emails and every "cleaner" I tried just grouped things by sender count and asked me to bulk-delete. None of them helped me find the emails that actually mattered.
So: Inbox Cleanup. Click "Scan my inbox" and AI tells you, in plain English, what's safe to unsubscribe from or archive — grouped by sender so a newsletter that sent you a dozen emails is one click to clear. But the part I'm proudest of: it also pulls the few genuinely important emails (a real person writing to you, something time-sensitive) to the top, so decluttering never buries what counts.
You stay in control — it selects the emails, you click Gmail's own Archive/Delete to confirm. Nothing is removed without your say-so. It also learns your preferences (sender + keyword rules), filters by category, and reminds you weekly so your inbox stays clean.
Free for your first 20 scans. I'd love your feedback — roast it, tell me what's missing. 🙏
