ImaRead
Read deeper, collect further.
imaread is a reading platform built around two things: illustrated books and a reusable image library. ── AI Illustrated Books ── Every chapter gets scene-specific AI images matched to the actual content — not cover art, but visuals that move with the story. Long books are easier to finish when you can see them. ── AI Image Library ── Collect the images that land, reuse them across reads, or generate from seasoned image cases.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Danny, the solo dev behind imaread. I built this because I kept bouncing off long books. The text was fine. The experience wasn't — nothing to anchor you visually when the chapter is all interior monologue and the setting hasn't been described in fifty pages. So I built the illustrated reading mode first: every chapter gets AI images that are actually matched to that scene, not generic "book vibes" art. It's the difference between reading about a place and briefly seeing it. The image library came out of necessity. Once you've generated a good visual tone for a book, you want to save it and reuse it — not start from scratch next chapter. Image cases are curated prompt templates; "seasoned" means they've been tested and actually produce consistent results. Still early. Would love to hear: what kills your reading momentum — distraction, dry stretches, or just never carving out the time?
