ILTY
AI mental health companion that actually pushes back
My wife and I both deal with anxiety. We tried the apps. Calm felt like homework. Woebot felt scripted. ChatGPT helped, then forgot everything by the next session and also flattery maxxing is not our thing and we honestly believe not helping. ILTY gives you 5 AI companions, from gentle support to tough love, tracks your mood before and after each conversation, and ends every session with concrete action items. It remembers your context across sessions, and your data stays on your device.
We both deal with anxiety and suffer from severe cases of procrastination :) Most of what we tried felt either scripted, very vague, flattering and too much head patting. Makes you feel good in the moment, but not really helping.
We’re not new to building products. Between us, we’ve spent years in product design and managing engineering teams inside large-ish companies. Which turns out to be useful when you decide to build an app yourself, hate to call it vibe-coding, I prefer agentic engineering.
What makes it different from just talking to ChatGPT and the likes:
• 5 companions with genuinely different styles, from gentle support to hard truth. try Mr Relentless, he is a bit of dick but helpful • specific action items after every session • persistent memory across conversations • your data stays on your device, we can’t read it
This is not “AI therapy.” We don’t diagnose, we don’t treat, and if things get dark we will show 988 instead of pretending a model should handle that.
It’s the thing you open at 2am when your brain is being unhelpful and your therapist is asleep.
It is my first launch and I'm anxious as hell, but ILTY made me launch it here. Please tell me what sucks, I'll fix it quick.

ILTY was hunted by Artyom. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
