So, I built ihtiyacimne.com (which translates to "What do I need?").
It is a completely free, zero-commission community board and classifieds platform. Whether you are a graphic designer offering your skills, or someone looking for local help, you can post it here. No hidden fees, no paywalls, just direct communication between the provider and the client.
I built it with a modern stack to ensure it's lightning-fast, but I would absolutely love the PH community's feedback on the UI/UX and the zero-commission community model.
