Ifarlo

The CRM that sets itself up around how you work

Most CRMs make you build them before you can use them. Fields, pipelines, stages, weeks of setup. Ifarlo asks how your business works and sets itself up to match. Run retainers and it knows about retainers. Track pitches and it tracks pitches. Then it does the work. Email it like an assistant and it updates itself. Talk to it and it writes the records. Every morning it tells you what needs attention. Want a segment for a marketing email? Describe it and Ifarlo builds it, then sends the email.

Top comment

Hi all, I'm Jon, and I built Ifarlo.

My background is product management for sales and marketing platforms. I've spent 16 years working in and around enterprise CRM, and have experienced first hand how much time and money is spent on development, configuration, and change management to make one actually fit a business.

I wanted to come at it from the other direction. A CRM that's as easy to pick up and use as your phone, and provides you the information you need without having to search for it or struggle with reports.

A few things it does:
- Sets itself up around your business at signup, so there's no configuring
- Updates itself when you email it, like you would an assistant
- Creates records from what you tell it, including by voice
- Answers direct questions and shows you the records behind the answer. Ask which clients haven't been contacted since May, what your recurring revenue is this quarter, or who you pitched to in June and what happened
- Briefs you each morning on what needs attention
- Flags clients who've gone quiet before you lose them
- Shows your pipeline with anything going stale highlighted
- Keeps a running total of what your retainers are worth
- Builds segments from a description and sends the marketing email
- Connects to Claude, so you can use it from there too

Free to try at ifarlo.com. Happy to answer anything, and I'd welcome any feedback.

Who hunted Ifarlo?

Ifarlo was hunted by Jon Hughes. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
