I built Ibere because employee onboarding for small businesses is still way too manual. Documents, forms, WhatsApp messages, follow-ups, and scattered HR records can turn a simple onboarding process into days of back-and-forth. I wanted to make it feel more like a conversation than paperwork. Ibere started as a Telegram-first onboarding bot, then evolved into an onboarding OS where employees can complete their onboarding while HR gets a clear view of progress, documents, and pending tasks. I’m launching Ibere to see if this actually makes onboarding dramatically simpler for SMBs.
