HyperTempo is a new hybrid fitness training app for logging your workouts with an emphasis on correctly scheduling workouts and injury prevention/recovery. Log weights, runs, hybrid sessions and curate your own routines.
I decided to build the app because I was tired of juggling multiple apps to track and log all of my workouts so I came up with HyperTempo, taking the inspiration from the best features from apps I use on a day-to-day basis and curating them in a single app with some added benefits that I felt are missing from the space. Recently, I got injured while in a training block and there was no easy way to log injury and adapt my plan, the app felt like it was penalising me for something that happens a lot when training so I decided to implement a recovery mode that adapts your routines and training blocks.
