HYPERFLUX
Stem-reactive visuals & DMX lighting for DJs and VJs
Music-reactive visuals + DMX stage lighting in one app, for DJs and VJs. Reacts to drums, bass, vocals & melody separately — not a single level meter. 30+ scenes plus a built-in lighting console (Art-Net/sACN/USB-DMX), driven by the same audio. NDI/Syphon feed-out to OBS/Resolume. macOS & Windows, one-time price, no subscription. Full free trial + a 10-second browser demo, no install.
I'm a solo dev and I built HYPERFLUX because every time I wanted visuals for a set, the options were either a steep media-server learning curve, a subscription, or a separate program for the lights. I wanted one thing that just reacted to the music — properly, to the actual stems, not a single volume meter — and drove the screen and the lighting rig together.
So it does exactly that: plug your mix in, pick a scene, and the visuals + DMX lights move with the drums, bass, vocals and melody separately. No clip library to assemble, no mapping by hand. It's a one-time price because I'm tired of renting my own tools too.
A few things I'm quietly proud of: • The reactivity is per-stem — it actually feels like the visuals understand the track • The lighting console lives in the same app (Art-Net/sACN/USB-DMX), same audio • It feeds out over NDI/Syphon, so it plays nicely with Resolume/OBS if you already have a rig
I'd genuinely love your feedback — on the product, the reactivity, the pricing, anything. And if you're a DJ/VJ, tell me what's missing for your setup. I'm here all day. 🙏
