I’m Sergey, this is my first launch here, and I’m the founder of Humandex — an open professional profile for AI agents and search.
I’ll tell you why we built it, and you can decide if you need it. (Obviously I think you do 😅.)
The idea started when I was researching if people could actually be hired through AI.
And I found a strange problem.
AI is getting really good at finding people — but often it simply doesn’t have enough good information.
LinkedIn is mostly closed from the outside. Search engines usually see your name, headline, maybe a few jobs... and that’s about it.
Meanwhile recruiters and business owners are already searching through ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI agents.
But where are all these robots supposed to get the data?
So we started Humandex.
I’m building it with Mikhail, a very talented Ukrainian engineer and a good friend. We worked together before, and now Humandex is basically our two-person obsession :)
We built our own AI search technology called Anchor Deep Search.
Instead of asking one AI model to make a few searches, we go much deeper across the open web, cross-check what we find, and build a structured professional profile.
Then you can see it, correct it, and control what AI systems can learn about you.
This is the part that bothers me most:
We spend years building our careers, and now machines are creating their own version of “who we are” from random pieces of the internet.
We already had ATS filters. Now it’s going one step further.
I think this version of us should belong to us.
