I’m working on HRTally, a platform designed to help HR professionals and business leaders research and compare HR software. Choosing HR software can be challenging. There are many tools available for HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, performance management, benefits administration, and other HR functions. Comparing pricing, features, usability, and suitability for different company sizes can take a lot of time. The idea behind HRTally is to make that research process easier by bringing HR software information, comparisons, ratings, and buyer resources together in one place. I’d love to learn from people who work in HR, people operations, recruiting, and HR technology. A few questions I’m particularly interested in: What is the most frustrating part of evaluating HR software? Which factors matter most when comparing HR tools: pricing, integrations, ease of use, customer support, or something else? What information do you wish software comparison websites provided but often leave out? I’m sharing this transparently because I’m involved with HRTally, and I’m genuinely interested in learning what HR professionals need.
