I'm Chris, and I built HotelComply because I live the problem every day. I'm a hotel General Manager in California. Hotels sit on enormous volumes of personal data β guest reservations, loyalty profiles, employee records, payment information β flowing through a dozen vendor systems that most operators barely understand. Generic privacy tools don't account for any of this. They don't know what a PMS is, they don't understand the guest data lifecycle, and they definitely don't map to how a hotel GM actually runs compliance. So I built the tool I needed.
