Hostile Homepage

A homepage where every element is up for grabs

Hostile Homepage turns a website into a live ownership market. Every headline, image, button and footer slot can be claimed. The first claim is free and takeovers start at $5 and increase 20% each time. Buy a spot, replace its content and watch it go live after payment is confirmed. You don't need an account, there are no wallets, biddings or subscriptions.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Marcel (@4rell4k) and I built Hostile Homepage which is a deliberately weird side project. The homepage itself is the product! Every visible slot has an owner, a price and a public history. The first claim is competely free and after that the first paid takeover starts at $5. Each takeover increases the price by 20%. I wanted to explore what happens when a landing page behaves more like real estate than software. If you claim a spot, your text, image or link goes live after payment is confirmed. I'd love to hear which slot you would take first and what should be removed or added from the rules?
