I'm the maker of hostcare.
I built this because every cleaner-dispatch tool I tried as a small Airbnb host was either (a) a marketplace that kept trying to replace my trusted cleaner with a stranger, or (b) enterprise software priced for 100+ property managers with a 40-minute sales call to even see a demo.
Neither fit. I have 3 properties. I have a cleaner. I don't want a marketplace. I don't want a quarterly business review. I just want every Airbnb checkout to automatically turn into a confirmed, photo-verified clean with my person, at my rate.
