Hey everyone! I built HostASwap.com because my wife organizes clothing swaps with friends and the coordination was always a mess — group chat photos with no sizes, people driving 30 minutes only to find nothing in their size. It works with one link: the host creates a swap, shares the link, and guests snap photos of what they are bringing and tap a size. Everyone browses by size and hearts their favorites before the event. No app, no accounts, no sign-up. The whole thing runs on Cloudflare Workers and auto-deletes 24 hours after the event. Free to use, and hosts can optionally charge admission via Venmo with a $20 one-time unlock per swap. Would love feedback — especially from anyone who has organized a swap before and knows the pain.
