HootDM
LinkedIn outreach for founders, agencies and recruiters
HootDM is a LinkedIn outreach tool for founders, agencies, SDRs, recruiters and coaches who grow their business through LinkedIn conversations. Build a lead list in four ways: LinkedIn search (by keywords, job title, location and connection degree), people who liked a post, people who commented on a post, or a pasted list of profile URLs.
I built HootDM because most of my own client conversations start on LinkedIn, but doing outreach by hand eats hours: finding the right people, sending requests, remembering who to follow up with. The tools that do it well cost $60–100 a month, which is a lot for founders and small agencies in India.
What it does:
• Build a lead list from LinkedIn search, people who liked or commented on a post, or a list of profile URLs
• Run a simple campaign: like a recent post → personalised connection request → message → up to 3 follow-ups
• Detects accepts and replies automatically, and stops following up when someone replies
• Runs through a Chrome extension in your own browser, so no LinkedIn password sharing, with daily limits and working hours you control
It's early, and I'd love honest feedback, especially on what would make you trust a tool like this with your LinkedIn account and what's missing for your workflow. I'll be here all day answering every comment. 🙏
