Free live chat for your website, set up in 2 minutes (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Lovable, Claude…). Reply from your phone, and when you’re away, the AI agent answers with your product cards.
I built Hooky because live chat tools are made for support teams sitting at a desk. Small sites and shops don't work like that: you're on the move, and visitors write when you're asleep.
So Hooky does two things:
1. You answer from your phone. A chat bubble on your site, visitors write without creating an account, and you reply from the iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android app (or the web). Messages are translated automatically both ways.
2. When you're not there, the AI agent answers. It reads your site and your product catalogue (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, a Google Merchant feed or a CSV), then replies with real product cards: photo, price, stock and a "View" button, plus quick-reply buttons. When it can't help, or the visitor asks for a human, it hands the conversation over to you, and only then are you notified.
Install it your way:
• a prompt to paste into Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT
• one line of code on any site
• the Shopify app (no code, billed through Shopify), the PrestaShop module, a WordPress plugin soon
• an MCP server, so Claude can create your site, turn the agent on and add context for you
