How it works: • Enter a U.S. address or paste a Zillow or Redfin link • Get a Buyer Negotiability Index from 0 to 100, plus which of four negotiating positions the listing is in • See the evidence behind it: asking $/sq ft vs. the local average for that property type, days on market vs. the local average, price history, comparable homes, 4 months of market trends, and tax history You get 3 free reports with no credit card. After that it's pay-as-you-go from $1 per report. There's no subscription, and credits never expire. It isn't a replacement for a good agent.
