Holmes runs on local models through Ollama, sees what you're working on, and takes action across your apps. No API keys, no subscriptions, and nothing leaves your machine. Quick note on installing: Holmes isn't notarized by Apple yet (it's in progress), so macOS will block it the first time you open it. To get past it, try opening Holmes once, then go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway. If you're comfortable with the terminal, you can also run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Holmes.app. Since it's open source, you can always check the code or build it yourself first.
