I’m not a developer — and that’s probably the most important part of how Hold the Hour came about. I had this simple idea: the internet has everything, but what if it had one clock where the 24 hours themselves could belong to people, brands and projects? So I started building it, learning things as I went. What looked like a pretty simple idea turned into figuring out domains, hosting, payments, webhooks, databases and a lot of things I definitely didn’t know when I started 😅 The result is Hold the Hour: claim an open UTC hour for $7, and it stays yours every day until someone takes it over for $7 more. Every owner remains in that hour’s history, and the first 365 unique owners get a permanent spot on the First 365 wall. I’ve claimed #001 myself. The rest is open. Would genuinely love to hear what you think — especially what you’d change or improve. ⏳
