Hey everyone! I've been working in IT support (L1, L2, and L3) for over 6 years, and one thing that has always annoyed me is having to carry a USB drive with 5 to 10 different tools for diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, etc. At some point I thought, why isn't there something that brings all of this together in one place? I couldn't really find what I was looking for, so I ended up building my own app.
