Hey Product Hunters! 👋 Super excited to be launching Hiring Studio — a free suite of copilots to help 10x the productivity of recruiting teams. In this first release, you can collaborate with our AI to create and refine interview questions tailored to your specific needs. On top of that, you can: 🔍 Explore suggested follow-up questions. 📋 Generate a rubric for what to look for in an excellent, good, or bad answer. 🎧 Listen to sample candidate answers in formats like STAR. Have a play with our "absurd" answers — they'll make you chuckle. 🔗 Export or share the questions with the rest of your team. We've not just built a "GPT wrapper"; we've built a "GPT wrapper" wrapper! Jokes aside, we wanted to build something that is genuinely valuable for recruiting teams, so we've specifically fine-tuned an LLM to be excellent at this particular task. We wanted to get the v0 out as soon as possible to see what you make of it, but we have a bunch more exciting items on the roadmap: 💼 Ability to generate case studies with synthetic data. These case studies will be relevant to your company. 💻 Ability to generate personalized algorithm and data structures questions. By analyzing at your company's website in the background, we're going to create questions that have a narrative/story relevant to what your company does. 🏗️ System design question generation. Similar to the two features above, these are going to create questions with a narrative/story relevant to what your company does — not some generic 'how would you build Twitter" question. Let me know what you think! P.S. This product is not yet designed for candidates — it's for recruiting and hiring teams.
