Hiring Method
Deterministic, math-driven recruitment platform.
Hiring Method converts subjective resumes and job requirements into an objective, dynamic scorecard. We use a transparent math engine to continuously rank your talent pool, so you always know exactly who fits best and why.
I’m fed up with non-transparent hiring processes and "AI-native" HR software that just wrap an LLM around CVs (or even simply claims doing so) so we built Hiring Method to do exactly the opposite.
Hiring Method converts both CVs and job requirements into structured data, then uses a transparent math engine to score the match. Instead of trusting a black box you get a clear, audit-ready scorecard that shows exactly why a candidate is a good fit. We are currently building a sourcing feature to help find those candidates in the first place.
We have been working on this for 1.5 years, and after a couple of idea pivots we finally pushed it to prod a month ago.
A quick note: signups are put behind an onboarding call as it's a B2B tool that requires individual process onboarding.

Who hunted Hiring Method?
Hiring Method was hunted by Evgeny Krapivin. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Hi product hunters!
