I'm Rohit, the maker.
I built HireStash to fix one small, specific, maddening thing: a sourcing session ends with a wall of open tabs, and the moment something interrupts you, the best candidates you found are just gone. Not in the ATS — that's too heavy for a mid-scroll save. Not in a spreadsheet — nobody pastes URLs at 5pm. Just… lost.
So HireStash is deliberately tiny. One click to save any LinkedIn profile, then folders, tags, and notes so it's actually findable later. It sits on top of whatever you already use.
Two honest things:
1. It's early. I'd rather have ten recruiters who use it hard and tell me where it breaks than a big launch-day number.
2. It only saves the publicly visible profile data you're already looking at — no automation, no scraping, nothing that touches LinkedIn's ToS.
