I built Hireoven after watching friends, and myself, burn months applying to roles that were either already filled or would never sponsor a visa.
Two problems kept coming up:
1. Job boards are stale. By the time a role hits the big aggregators, it is days old and buried in applicants. Hireoven crawls company ATSs directly (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and more), so roles show up minutes after they are posted, and alerts fire the moment a high match one drops.
2. For international candidates, sponsorship is a black box. You find out in the final round that they "can't sponsor at this time."
