hintl

Evidence scores for supplements & habits, not just reviews

hintl turns public research (PubMed, etc.) into plain-language evidence scores for supplements and habits -- sleep, focus, stress, nutrition, beauty, work. Every ingredient gets a 0-100 score instead of "works/doesn't work," shown honestly even when weak, always linked to source studies. New: a shop-by-evidence product catalog (browse by research score, not marketing copy), plus a free embeddable score badge + citation sentence for your own blog or page -- the score travels with the claim.

Top comment

I kept standing in front of the supplement shelf, searching an ingredient name, and getting either an ad or someone's personal review -- never the actual research. Generative AI made it trivial to get a confident-sounding answer instantly, but it didn't make it any easier to see where that answer came from or how solid it actually was. So I built hintl to sit between "read the paper yourself" and "trust a random answer": every article and product page shows the research behind it in plain language, and honestly reports when the evidence is weak instead of cherry-picking the studies that sound good. The product evolved once I noticed people weren't just reading -- they were about to buy something. So I added a shop-by-evidence-score product catalog. Then I noticed something else: if the score is trustworthy, people should be able to take it with them, not just read it on my site. That's what the embeddable badge and citation sentence are for -- the same evidence score, portable to wherever the purchase decision is actually happening.
