I am a freelancer myself, and I was tired of being paid late and not knowing what to do about it. I was annoyed by seeing my friends get taken advantage of by big companies who routinely used my friends wages as their working capital. When you're a freelancer, or a small business, cashflow is everything. If our clients pay us late, they should be paying us more. We already have the law on our side, it's just a case of knowing how to use it without alienating clients.
