Hidden Events
Every Luma event in your city, not just the featured 20%
Luma's discover page features only ~20% of the events in your city. Hidden Events shows all of them — every public Luma event across 27 cities (NYC, SF, LA, London, Singapore, Bangalore, Mumbai + 20 more), crawled every 4 hours. Tech & AI meetups, founder dinners, hackathons, run clubs, comedy, workshops. Browse by today, this weekend or category, and see at a glance which events Luma hides. Free, no signup. Not affiliated with Luma.
The problem: I'd hear about great events in Bangalore after they happened — and they were all on Luma. Luma's discover page only features a small slice of what's going on in a city. The rest are public, but you can't browse them unless you already know the organizer.
So I built Hidden Events. How it evolved:
v1 just pulled Luma's featured list — which was exactly the problem.
v2 added the map pins, which surfaced more.
v3 added a "calendar snowball": every organizer we find, we crawl their other events, which finds organizers we didn't know about, and so on.
Today that's ~3,300 upcoming events across 27 cities, and only ~1 in 5 of them is on Luma's featured page. It refreshes every 4 hours.
You can browse today / this weekend / by category (tech, AI, startup, social, fitness…), and there's a weekly email of what's on in your city.
Free, no signup, not affiliated with Luma.
Two questions for you: which city should we add next, and what kind of event do you wish was easier to find?

Who hunted Hidden Events?
Hidden Events was hunted by Himanshu Saleira. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
