GAIA

Proactive personal assistant that handles your day

GAIA is a personal assistant that proactively manages your emails, tasks, and schedule. Instead of just answering questions, it takes action across your apps to clear your inbox and organize your to-do list for you. By learning how you work and handling the daily noise, it frees you to focus on your actual work rather than managing your tools.

Hey Product Hunters!

I'm Aryan, Co-founder & CEO of GAIA. Really excited to launch GAIA for Alpha, and looking for feedback!

I was tired of spending my day managing my apps instead of actually doing my work. Between clearing emails, updating tasks, and syncing calendars, I felt like I was working for my software rather than the other way around.

I wanted an assistant that didn't just answer questions, but actually took action. The goal was to build something that acts like a second brain, handling the daily noise so I can focus on what matters. My approach evolved from building a simple chatbot to creating a system that can actually execute multi-step workflows across my apps.

At its core, I built GAIA because I believe everyone deserves their own version of Jarvis. We are moving away from tools that just add more notifications to your day and toward a proactive assistant that actually knows you and handles the busywork. I wanted to build something that gives you your time back, not something that adds to your to-do list.

Right now, GAIA can already handle your Gmail, Calendar, Todos, Slack, and complex workflows between all your different digital apps! We have built a solid foundation for self-hosting, so you own your data and your agent. Looking ahead, we are working on smarter context-awareness, and better memory so the assistant gets better at predicting what you need before you even ask.

Would love to hear how you all handle the daily grind. What is the one task you wish you could just hand off to an assistant?
