Herd
The creator economy runs on eleven tabs. Herd is one.
The creator economy runs on about eleven browser tabs. Herd puts it in one place. Creators schedule posts to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X, answer brands from their own Gmail or Outlook, send proposals and contracts, and get paid through Stripe straight to their bank. Brands run campaigns, find creators and approve content. Agencies manage their roster, commissions and client portals. One deal, one record all three sides can see. Free plan for creators. Built in the UK.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Carl, Developer at Herd.
Before we start a quick word from the founder Michael
As my kids grew up, working away from home got harder, and missing precious time and family occasions pushed me to find a better work-life balance. When a friend who runs an agency told me the industry lacked proper tools and information was scattered everywhere, I looked into it further and realised I could bring it all into one place, giving creators, brands and agencies a single source of truth.
Here's the problem as we see it. A creator with a few brand deals on the go is usually working across about eleven browser tabs. There's a scheduler, a Gmail thread, a PDF media kit, a contract in someone else's e-sign tool, an invoice in a spreadsheet and a Stripe dashboard. The brand and the agency on that
same deal have their own eleven tabs. Nobody is looking at the same thing.
Herd is one workspace for all three sides.
Creators write a post once and schedule it to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X. They answer brands from their own Gmail or Outlook inside Herd. They send a rate card, a proposal and a contract to sign, then an invoice the brand pays by link, with the money going through Stripe to their own bank. Their media
kit lives at herduk.co.uk/yourname and keeps its follower stats current.
Brands brief a campaign, invite creators, approve content and pay invoices in the same place.
Agencies manage their roster, send proposals and contracts for their creators, take commission out of the payment rather than chasing it, and give clients
Video meetings are built in too, and guests can join from a link without an account.
A few things we chose on purpose:
- Herd uses what you already have: your inbox, your Stripe account, and your Google Drive for storage.
- It's priced in pounds and built in the UK.
- Creators can start on a free plan. Brands and agencies can book a demo at herduk.co.uk/demo.
What it doesn't do yet: LinkedIn, Threads and Pinterest publishing aren't supported today.
I'll be here all day answering questions. The thing I'd most like to know: if you work with creators, which of your eleven tabs would you close first?
