Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Burak, the maker of Helovo.
Small businesses spend a surprising part of their day answering the same questions on their website: "Do you deliver today?", "Are you open on Saturday?", "How do returns work?". Most chatbot tools I tried were built for large support teams: they need training data, website crawling, workflows and a lot of setup. A florist or a small clinic doesn't have time for that.
So I built Helovo around a simpler idea: you just describe your business (prices, delivery terms, opening hours, contact details), and the assistant answers your visitors 24/7 using only what you wrote.
A few decisions shaped it along the way:
🗣️ It speaks in your name. The assistant always introduces itself as your business's assistant, and there's no platform branding in the chat window.
🎯 It stays on topic. It politely declines homework, code or anything unrelated and brings the chat back to your products.
🚫 It never makes things up. If it doesn't know, it hands the visitor to you (phone, email, WhatsApp) and you get an email right away.
