Hey Product Hunt, I'm Tien. HelmDeck started as my own fix for sitting at the PC in the evening, waiting for Claude Code's next question while my kids were in the next room. It grew into the thing I actually wanted: a harness for a whole team's coding agents. Every task becomes a card. Each card gets its own agent, working in an isolated copy of your codebase, so nothing bleeds between tasks. The board shows what every agent is doing. When one has a question or a finished diff, whoever owns the card gets a push and answers or approves from the phone. A gate runs before anything merges, so approving from a phone is still a review, not a blind yes. Colleagues or clients can file and accept cards without touching your machine or your credentials. No cloud account and no code leaves your machine: HelmDeck runs on your own PC and uses the Claude subscription your team already has.
