Helm
Merchant OS for websites, bookings, CRM, and invoices
Helm gives small businesses one dashboard for the work that usually lives across a website builder, booking link, spreadsheet CRM, invoice app, store tool, and WhatsApp notes. Publish a customer-ready website, capture bookings or orders, keep customer history, send invoices and receipts, and see daily priorities without stitching tools together. Starter and Growth are self-serve with a 30-day trial; Business is coming soon for deeper operations.
Small businesses should not need five disconnected tools to make one customer journey work. Helm pulls the public website, booking or enquiry flow, customer record, invoice, receipt, order, follow-up, and daily priority list into one operating system.
For launch feedback, I’d especially value notes on positioning: does “merchant operating system” make the category clear enough, or should we lead with website + booking + CRM?

Who hunted Helm?
Helm was hunted by Jayvinder Singh. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
