Hello Hotel — Modern Hotel Phone System
The modern phone and SMS system for boutique hotels
Hello Hotel is the modern phone and messaging system for boutique and independent hotels. Voice, SMS, and a shared team inbox in one workspace, with live Mews reservation data on every conversation. Replaces aging landlines and scattered messaging tools. Built by hotel operators who actually run a property.
Hi everyone, I'm Nell, founder of Hello Hotel and owner/operator of The Timberline, a small motel in Leadville, Colorado.
I built Hello Hotel because the phone and messaging tools available didn't match how guests actually want to reach a property. Guests want to text the way they text anyone else. They want one number to call. They don't want to download an app. The systems I tried either ignored that or made it harder for my team to do their jobs.
So we built it. One shared business number for calls and texts, a single team inbox, and live Mews reservation data on every conversation. Your team knows who's calling, their room, and their stay before they pick up. No apps for guests, no retraining for staff who already know how to use a phone.
We've been live with pilot properties for a few months and the full feature suite is now out.
A few things I'd love thoughts on from this community:
Reactions to the positioning or anything that's confusing about what we do
How other founders have approached selling into traditional industries like hospitality
For anyone who runs a property (or knows someone who does), where Hello Hotel fits or doesn't fit
We also did a custom Product Hunt promo: 2 months free for new properties. Happy to answer anything about the product, the Mews integration, or the operator angle. Thanks for taking a look.
