Hedgehog is an opinionated build system for AI-assisted software development. AI can generate code quickly, but keeping a growing project coherent is harder. Context gets lost, architecture drifts, and shortcuts compound. Hedgehog enforces a disciplined, backend-first workflow: **Types → Schema → Backend → UI**. With small, verifiable changes and architecture enforced by tooling, Hedgehog helps AI-assisted projects stay structured, maintainable, and scalable.
I built Hedgehog because AI writes great code, but projects still drift without good structure.
Hedgehog adds an opinionated build workflow and project framework.
The result is faster builds, smaller context, but also code that is easy to maintain.
