Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Some of you might recognize HealthOS from a previous launch. I'm back because something changed that I think is worth sharing. In March, someone reached out and asked me to customize HealthOS for them. My first ever custom build request. I almost said no. Not because I didn't want to help but because I wasn't sure I could deliver something worth what they were paying. I said yes anyway. I spent a week inside HealthOS in a way I never had before. Not as the creator. As someone building it fresh for a real person with real needs I hadn't accounted for. And somewhere in the middle of that week, I felt something I hadn't expected. Not pride. Discomfort. Because I could see the gaps. Quietly sitting there the way something missing always sits when you finally stop moving fast enough to notice it. No single profile anchoring everything in one place. No way to know what was running low before it became a problem at the worst possible time. No consolidated log where everything lived together. I finished the order. They got what they needed. And I couldn't unfeel what I'd seen. So I kept going. Built what was missing. Not as a custom job for everyone. HealthOS Pro adds three things: Patient Master Profile — A single central record for the person you're caring for. Full name, diagnosis, age, known risks. Everything anchored in one place. Caregiver Supplies Tracker — Diapers, medications, hygiene items tracked by quantity, reorder level, and supplier. With a low-stock view so you're never caught off guard. Consolidated Daily Care Log — Vitals, hydration, digestion, medications, activities. One timestamped form. Everything in one place instead of jumping between modules. The original HealthOS is still here for people managing their own chronic illness. I was diagnosed with chronic asthma in July 2025 and built it because I kept forgetting medication instructions, missing appointment dates, and walking into doctor appointments unable to answer basic questions about my own patterns. HealthOS Pro is for the people caring for someone else while quietly managing everything on their own. I'm not here to oversell this. It's a Notion template, not a cure. But if you're drowning in scattered health information for yourself, or someone you love, this might be the system that makes it feel less overwhelming.
