HavenLedgers • Second Home Tracker
Expense tracker built for second home owners
Track income and expenses across multiple properties in any currency. Log rental vs personal nights, then export a clean PDF your accountant actually wants. Built for second home owners, no spreadsheets required.
I built HavenLedgers after watching my family spend hours every April piecing together receipts, bank statements and WhatsApp photos to figure out what we'd spent on our Swiss chalet.
The problem is pretty specific. Second home owners aren't typical landlords. A lot of them have a ski chalet in CHF, a beach flat in EUR and a London pied-a-terre in GBP, and their accountant needs all three reported separately. There was nothing built for that. Just spreadsheets and stress.
So I made this.
What it does: tracks income and expenses per property, each in its own currency. You log your rental nights versus personal nights throughout the year, and the app figures out the tax-deductible percentage automatically. Then at year end you tap one button and get a clean PDF report to send straight to your accountant.
No app to install. Works on any browser, any device. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen like a native app.
We launched quietly a few months ago and already have users managing chalets in Verbier, flats in Lake Como and holiday lets across the UK and France. The feedback that keeps coming up: "this is exactly what my accountant keeps asking me for."
Pricing is 9.99 a month, 79 a year, or 499 for lifetime access. There is a 7-day free trial and no card required to start.
For the Product Hunt community: use code PHUNT30 at checkout for 30% off annual or lifetime valid until 12 August.
