A while back I missed a warranty on an appliance that broke down. The repair cost more than it should have because I had no record of when it was bought, whether it was still covered, or when it was last serviced. Everything was scattered - receipts in drawers, reminders in my head, service dates I couldn't remember.
I looked for an app to fix this. Everything I found was either too complex, too focused on one thing, or built for facilities managers - not regular busy homeowners.
So I spent several months building Hasset.
What I built: 1. Track every appliance, system, and household asset. 2. Never miss a warranty expiry again. 3. Maintenance reminders before things break. 4. Log every repair and cost over time. 5. AI label scanning - point camera at any appliance, Hasset identifies it automatically. 6. Ownership Health Score - one number showing how well protected your home is.
