Haru
Talk to your team like a human, not an email thread
Haru turns daily team communication into a conversation instead of a chore. No more agonizing over formal emails to colleagues — just say what you mean, naturally. Named after "Haru" (Spring in Japanese), it's built to make work messaging feel warm and effortless.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Haru almost by accident. I was working on another project (Fayebot, an AI support bot) and needed something real to test it on. But the idea for Haru came from a smaller, more personal frustration: every single day, writing messages to my colleagues felt like a chore. Formal emails for things that should just be... a conversation.
So I built Haru. The name means "Spring" in Japanese — I wanted it to feel warm and easy, the way good communication should.
This is a v1. It's rough in places, it's not perfect, but it works, and I'd genuinely rather ship it and learn than polish it forever in private.
What I'm looking for: honest feedback. What feels good? What's broken? What would actually make you use this over your current setup? That's worth more to me than any vanity metric.
Built solo, in a few weeks, for a hackathon. Try it and be brutal — I can take it.
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
