Hi PH 👋 I'm Nolan. Most small contractors I looked at still price jobs in Word, Excel or a notes app, then retype everything into an invoice. Big field-service suites solve that, but they're expensive and slow to set up for a one-truck business. HardHat Quote is deliberately small: pick your trade, change the numbers, send. The templates and PDFs are free forever. Pro adds online approval, view tracking and one-click invoicing. It doesn't do plan takeoffs, scheduling or accounting. I'd love to hear which of those you'd actually want next.
