Hey everyone,
I built Harbory because I got tired of how heavy and complex most infrastructure orchestration tools feel for smaller setups. Kubernetes is great, but it's a lot to run when you just want to deploy services and manage a handful of VMs without babysitting a control plane.
Harbory is a distributed control plane and agent system, written entirely in Rust. You get a central platform that talks to lightweight agents on your remote machines. Those agents spin up containers, deploy services, and configure reverse proxies like Nginx, all in real time. Everything's visible from one dashboard.
It's still early, and I'm actively building on it, but I've already deployed and used it on real VMs. Would love feedback from anyone running their own infra, especially if you've felt the same friction with existing tools.
