Habit Pocket

Find out what's actually affecting your sleep, mood and life

Most habit trackers only do yes/no. But half of what I track is numbers and times - steps, weight, when I actually fell asleep. Habit Pocket puts checkmarks, numbers and times of the day in one grid that looks like a spreadsheet, then lets you chart any habit against any other to spot correlations. It started as the Excel sheet I kept for two years. Now a real app on web and iOS. Free for 5 habits.

Hey Product Hunters 👋 I'm Bohdan, a solo developer. This is the first thing I've built in 9 years of coding that I actually wanted to share with people, so I'm a little nervous posting it here. I've tried a lot of habit apps, and almost all of them only do yes/no. Did you meditate, did you not. The problem is that half of what I care about is numbers and times of day. Not "sleep 8h: done", but the actual wake-up and wind-down time. Not "walk: done", but how many steps. About two years ago I gave up and built my own tracker in a spreadsheet (Numbers, actually). One grid, habits and metrics together, green and red cells. It worked so well I never stopped using it. The only problem is a spreadsheet is painful on the phone and easy to forget when you're not at your laptop. Habit Pocket is that spreadsheet turned into a real app: ✅ Checkmarks, numbers and times of day, all in one grid ✅ Skips pause your streak instead of breaking it (rest days shouldn't punish you) ✅ Chart any habit against any other — like whether more water actually means better sleep ✅ Web + iOS, offline-first, free for 5 habits I'd love feedback, especially on the landing page and whether the "habits + numbers in one place" idea makes sense to someone who isn't me. I'll be around all day to answer anything 🙏
