I made Gyuni Player for people who have used other Mac video players and still felt like something was missing. For me, the issue was never just features - it was the overall viewing experience. I wanted something more Mac-native, less intrusive, and more satisfying to actually watch with over time. That meant rethinking the UI, controls, image tone, and how common adjustments like framing and subtitles should feel in real use.
