Gymifi
Curated workout and diet with progress tracking, for you
Gymifi is a full-stack gym solution designed for beginners Think of it as Cult.fit's guided workouts + Hevy's strength tracking + HealthifyMe's Indian diet plans — built from scratch for complete beginners. → Structured daily workouts (full body, PPL, splits) — every set and rep decided for you → Step-by-step form guidance with muscle anatomy breakdowns → Indian meal plans with real macros — dal, eggs, parathas, curd. Not chicken and broccoli.
My mother joined a gym last year.
She was motivated, she showed up, she was ready.
Three weeks later, she stopped going.
Not because she gave up. Because nobody told her what to actually do once she walked in. The trainer was ₹500 a session — too expensive to justify long-term. YouTube was overwhelming — 47 different "beginner" videos, all contradicting each other. Every app she tried was built for people who already knew what they were doing. Tracking workouts is useless when you don't know which workouts to do.
She's not alone. I've watched this play out with friends, cousins, colleagues. The gym membership gets bought. The motivation is real. And then the confusion wins.
The problem isn't willpower. It's the gap between "I want to get fit" and "I know exactly what to do today."
Every existing solution solves half the problem. Cult.fit gives you guided classes but not a gym plan. Hevy tracks your lifts but doesn't tell you which lifts. HealthifyMe handles your diet but leaves the workout to you. And none of them are built around the Indian beginner — someone eating dal and roti, not chicken and broccoli, who wants to know if their home food even works for their goals.
So I built Gymifi in under 3 months.
You answer a few questions. We give you a curated workout plan, an Indian diet plan with actual macros, step-by-step form guidance for every exercise, and a 12-month roadmap that adapts as you progress. You don't need to think. You just show up.
The hardest part wasn't the app. It was the diet data — mapping real Indian meals (dal rice, egg parathas, curd, sabzi) to accurate macros across bulk, cut and maintenance goals, for both veg and non-veg users. No one had done this properly. We did it from scratch.
Gymifi is for every mother, friend, and first-timer who joined a gym full of hope and left full of confusion.
You just show up. We handle the rest.

Gymifi was hunted by Utkrist Varma. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
