GymBoard
Set-and-forget TV displays for activity centers.
Digital signage built for gyms — not generic screens. Plug in an AndroidTV Stick, pair it with a 6-digit code, and your TV automatically shows class schedules, announcements, and member shoutouts. No templates, no design, no playlists. Built for BJJ academies, CrossFit boxes, martial arts schools, dance and yoga studios. Set your schedule once — displays update in real-time. Members get recognized for promotions and milestones. $40/mo flat. Unlimited screens. Runs on a $35 streaming stick.
Hey PH! I'm the maker of GymBoard.
I train at a BJJ academy and got tired of watching the front desk TV cycle through the same outdated Canva slides. The schedule was wrong, the announcements were stale, and nobody wanted to be the "TV person" who kept it updated.
I looked at signage tools like OptiSigns and ScreenCloud — they're powerful, but they're designed for retail chains and corporate lobbies. For a gym owner who just wants "today's classes on the TV," it's massive overkill. You're paying $60-90/mo to babysit a playlist.
GymBoard is the opposite approach: you tell it your schedule, plug in a Fire Stick, and forget about it. The display builds itself. When you add a class or post an announcement, it shows up on the TV instantly. When a member earns a belt promotion, they get a shoutout slide automatically.
We're live and running in academies now. Would love feedback from anyone who runs a gym, studio, or training space — what would you want on your lobby TV?

Who hunted GymBoard?
GymBoard was hunted by Wes Crockett. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
